COMHAR, Inc., Selects Jamie Gianna as Chief Information Officer

Philadelphia, PA, February 01, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based COMHAR, Inc., a community behavioral health service provider, has selected Jamie Gianna as chief information officer (CIO). Mr. Gianna started with the organization in November 2008. As CIO, he oversees all of the technology business systems at 14 different sites in the Philadelphia area.

Prior to his selection as COMHAR’s CIO, Mr. Gianna served as director of information technology and CIO at a Philadelphia law firm. He is also a consultant for Gerson Lehrman Group Council and a small business consultant at Mercy Corps’ Micromentor.

COMHAR provides mental health and developmental disabilities treatment and support services in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. It provides five service lines: assessment, treatment and support services for individuals recovering from mental illness; support services for individuals with mental illness and HIV/AIDS; in-home, training, and residential services for adults with developmental disabilities; children’s outpatient, behavioral health rehabilitation wraparound services, early intervention, and fetal alcohol spectrum disorders screening, diagnosis, and treatment; and in-home health and support services for individuals with disabilities.
