Tiki’s Grill & Bar Valentine’s Day Sweetheart Deal. Island Style with Island Cuisine.
Honolulu, HI, February 04, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Cupid will make a direct hit for Valentine’s this year at Tiki’s Grill & Bar. Executive Chef Kapolanialaimaka S. Kealoha invites guests to sample the flavors of three local items from three Hawaiian Islands.
Tiki’s will be offering Valentine lovers a special menu all weekend from Friday, February 13th - Sunday, February 15th from 4 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The elaborate prix fixe menu will be $45 per person. Each night will feature local artists to entertain couples with contemporary and traditional Hawaiian music. A photographer will be on hand to take photos of all couples. Photos will be emailed to the couples for no charge.
The menu presentation begins with a Kamuela Vine Ripe Tomato and Buffalo Mozarella Salad with Ma'o Organic Farms Radish Greens and Mac Nut Pesto, with a reduced Balsamic drizzle. For the entrée selection, Surf & Turf :Blackened Kulana Filet Mignon from The Big Island and King Crab Legs. Served with Chef's Mac and Cheese, Braised Beet Greens, Drawn Butter, and a Demi Glace. Dinner’s sweetheart ending is special a House-Made Chocolate Truffle with Framboise De Maui – Raspberry Wine- A Tribute to Raspberry Shooter. A special selection of wines and beers has been paired with this menu.
