Chicago, IL, June 29, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Things are heating up this summer at Lettuce Entertain You’s newest restaurant, Di Pescara, located on the North Shore at 2124 Northbrook Court, Northbrook, IL.
New Desserts!
While it’s hard to keep room for dessert at Di Pescara (‘cause who can stop eating when the food’s so good?), you’re going to have to as Chef Mychael Bonner has added a variety of ‘splurge-fest’ must-haves. Among the new dishes are Fresh Berry Shortcake, Homemade Toasted Banana Pound Cake with Hot fudge and Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie.
Summer Cocktails
In addition to the restaurant’s acclaimed Alpana’s A List (complementary affordable pours designed by Master Sommelier, Alpana Singh) and Fresh Real Homemade Lemonades, guests will enjoy a variety of summer cocktails, including Di Pescara's very own North Shore Summer Punch, a mixture of Captain Morgan, Cointreau and Pineapple juice ($9); and Basil Gin Gimlet, Bombay, Basil and fresh lime juice ($10).
Menu Specials
While menu specials pop up each week, Chef Bonner promises to feature a variety of light and healthy Salmon dishes all summer, including BBQ Salmon with Ginger as well as Wild Salmon.
Carry Out-Coming Soon!
Coming this fall, Di Pescara will be serving curbside carry out. Delivery for large catering orders will also be available. Soon you will be able to enjoy Di Pescara’s delicious fare at home!

Di Pescara is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. Lunch is served Monday through Sunday, 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dinner is served Monday through Thursday 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Reservations are preferred and may be made via phone at 847.498.4321.
