(Vision33) announced today the acquisition of Omega Business Solutions (Omega), a gold-level SAP® channel partner, headquartered in Portland, Oregon. The closure of this acquisition is in line with Vision33’s strategy to further strengthen its reseller position in support of the SAP Business One application. It will also foster Vision33’s ability to provide unparalleled value to its combined customer base and, by extension, the channel for SAP solutions.
Mr. Carl Lewis, who has been with Omega for the past six years, will be joining Vision33 as General Manager for the Pacific Northwest region and will be based out of Portland, Oregon in Vision33’s new office. He will continue to service Omega’s existing customer base and support Vision33 in this new venture, as well as in future growth plans. “One of the goals of joining with another gold-level SAP channel partner of Vision33’s caliber is to have the opportunity to benefit from Vision33’s extended team of certified resources and wealth of IT expertise.
