Hummingbird Creative Group, Inc. Names New Director of Brand Strategy

Cary, NC, February 07, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Wendy Coulter, CEO of Hummingbird Creative Group, Inc. (www.hummingbird-creative.com), a Cary-based creative services firm, has announced that Sherry Moss Mitchell has joined the firm as director of brand strategy. In this position, Mitchell will work with Hummingbird’s clients to help with their brand development, strategic planning and creative direction. She will also mentor interns and help manage the company’s creative processes.

With more than 10 years of experience in creative development, Mitchell has been a designer with McKinney and Silver, the creative director for Tate Agency, the Wake Tech Community College director of public relations and marketing and a senior client advisor for Quarry Integrated Communications. Mitchell has freelanced for Hummingbird on contract in the past.

Mitchell has a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University’s College of Design, where she graduated with honors. Mitchell has served on the Hospice of Wake County Marketing Committee and the Big Bad Ball Silent Auction Committee and currently serves on the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Marketing Committee. A native of Garner, N.C., she still resides there with her husband Mike and two children, Kate and Jackson.
