George Emmanuel Joins EmPower Research as Sales Director, US
EmPower Research, a Business Advisory and Media Services Company, announces a key appointment to its North American management team, effective December 1, 2008: George Emmanuel as Director Sales, Western region.
New York, NY, February 10, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Mr. Emmanuel is based in the California area and will provide leadership to EmPower’s sales operations in the Western United States. Before joining EmPower Research, George was the Western Regional Services Sales & Marketing executive at Computer Associates. George was the North American Sales Director at Clarify selling Web-based CRM solutions before joining Computer Associates. Prior to this, he spent 10 years in the IT sales and consulting industry in a variety of senior worldwide sales management roles with Candle and IBM. Before moving into IT sales, George spent 12 years with Hughes Aircraft Company as the Sr. Corporate MIS Program Manager.

George holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Redlands in Redlands, CA, and he obtained his Management Policy Institute Certificate from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA.
George has also served in the United States Marine Corps as an infantry communications officer with the 7th Marines, Third Marine Division, and as one of the senior Cryptologists for the Commander in Chief Pacific (CINCPAC) at Camp Smith in Honolulu, HI.
