As part of its leadership development practice N2growth conducts a variety of talent management activities ranging from one-on-one executive coaching, to team building to hosting a wide range of executive peer groups focused at the C-suite level (CEO, C00, CSO, CFO, CIO, CTO, CMO etc.). While executive peer groups are nothing new to N2growth most groups focus on a broad range of issues.
