Skip Roach Named Managing Director At 115 Midtowne

In this position, Roach will oversee the restaurant’s daily operations including, customer service, human resources, and management of staff and sales. Roach has over 35 years of experience in the fine dining industry. Some of Roach’s career achievements include the opening of Margaux's, Bacchus Wine Company and working for the T.C. Jordan Professional Golf Tour as the director of operations in the Triangle area.
