Acceleprice Systems Reacts to Economic Downturn

Seeks low-cost pilot installations for its new price exception management system.

Los Angeles, CA, February 17, 2009 --(PR.com)-- In the current economic downturn, account representatives are finding their company’s computer systems work against them, not for them. A Seattle-based technology startup, Acceleprice Systems, is trying to solve that business problem.

For its pilot, the company seeks clients who find themselves mired in bloated, regulatory laden information technology (IT) systems. Ideally, pilot participants are finding it hard to respond to increasing downward price pressures. Acceleprice wants to offer “at cost” installations of its new software and consulting to help its clients respond more quickly to these rapidly changing market realties.

“The next few years are going to be tough,” said the company’s founder, Michael Rice. “In the new administration and the wake of the banking scandals, public companies are going to see new regulations that make SOX look like child’s play. At the same time, their customers are going to continue to put huge pricing pressure on them over the next few years.”

“Only the most agile will survive.”

Acceleprice Systems is a startup based in Seattle, Washington. Acceleprice can be reached at its website http://www.acceleprice.com/.
