D.R. Ebel to Host Lunch to Debut New Defender Lightbar
Toledo, OH, February 19, 2009 --(PR.com)-- D.R. Ebel will debut the new Defender lightbar from Code 3, Inc. at a luncheon on March 11, 2009. The lunch, which is free of charge, will take place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the D.R. Ebel Police and Fire Equipment store located at 3203 Woodville Road in Northwood.
The new Defender lightbar from Code 3, Inc., which was unveiled in November 2009 at the International Association of Police Chiefs Conference and Exposition in San Diego, is now available for purchase at D.R. Ebel Police and Fire Equipment.
Featuring patent-pending Tri-Core technology, the Defender lightbar emits a light two times brighter than any other warning light on the market. This technology allows the Defender lightbar to maintain visibility with bright, clear signals from every angle for a full 360°
This bright light also features a dimming mode, which meets SAE Safety Standards and eliminates situations where too much light could be hazardous to officer safety.
The Defender lightbar boasts an innovative, modular design which provides for a wide range of configurations and applications, and the universal lighthead design makes for easier lighthead replacement and lower inventory levels.
At 2.25" tall, the Defender lightbar is available in 23", 35", 44", 47", 52", 58", 70", 82" and 94" lengths. It has an easy to install mounting platform, with optional LIT3 lighted mounting feet. The lightbar can also be equipped with a NarrowStik® directional signal.
The Defender meets or exceeds all applicable SAE, NFPA and California Title 13 emergency lighting standards when properly configured.
