St. Andrews Presbyterian College Launches New Online Certificate Programs
St. Andrews Presbyterian College is expanding on the success of its Center for Adult and Professional Studies by offering three new online certification programs.
Laurinburg, SC, February 21, 2009 --(PR.com)-- With the recent success of its online initiatives at the Center for Adult and Professional Studies, St. Andrews College launched three new online certificate programs for adult learners. The certificate programs expand St. Andrews' online offerings and also meet the needs of the increasingly demanding adult learner community.
Taking a cue from its successful equestrian programs that cater to traditional students, St. Andrews now offers online certificates in Therapeutic Horsemanship Business Management and Equine Business Management to meet the needs of its non-traditional learners. Equine professionals who seek to deepen their therapeutic horsemanship business and equine expertise can now gain vital knowledge through the Therapeutic Horsemanship Business Management Certificate. Current and future equine professionals who desire to expand their business and equine proficiency can obtain a Certificate in Equine Business Management to advance their careers.
The third certificate program focuses on the rapid rate of change in the global economy, and it spotlights how people in managerial positions must adapt and become more innovative than ever before. The Organizational Leadership Certificate is designed for business professionals who seek to increase their understanding of leadership and management of people in the workplace.
The three certificate programs are available to students who have graduated from high school or a state-approved GED program and are at least 23 years of age. Students who complete these programs successfully will earn a certificate of completion that they can apply to future degrees at St. Andrews or easily transfer to other institutions. Combining in-demand certificate programs with smooth and seamless delivery harnesses St. Andrews' ability to deliver excellent education.
