Euro Converts Launches New Convertible Research Service

London, United Kingdom, February 26, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Euro Converts LLC an affiliate of Xtract Research LLC, announces its new convertible research service. The online platform provides traders, analysts and portfolio managers with a library of European convertible prospectus documents. The service is designed to provide easy access to critical documents allowing investors to better react to market events by understanding their rights as bond holders.

In addition to the well organized library of documents the Euro Converts platform provides summaries of key clauses including Change of Control, Cash Distribution Adjustment and any other unique provisions. The platform also provides access to its team of experienced convertible analysts to discuss any key provisions and covenant related language.

Euro Converts’ affiliate, Xtract Research, launched a similar service for the U.S. convertible market in April of 2005. The success of its U.S. product coupled with an increasing interest in a more globally diverse investment base provided an opportunity for an expansion into the European markets.
