After the successful completion of several LEED projects in 2007, and the success of the “Intrinsically Green” marketing campaign in early 2008, Perfect Polish saw an increased demand for polished concrete flooring as an environmental alternative for new and rehabilitative construction. This prompted the need to increase staff to further develop targeted regional strategies to expand market penetration, and to further educate the industry on its benefits through AIA/CES seminars about the benefits of polished concrete. With the increased project management capacity, Perfect Polish will be able to work more closely with their regional base.
