Pavé Fine Jewelry Wins Prestigious Design Award for Bridal Jewelry
Oakland, CA, February 28, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Oakland jewelry designer Michael Endlich of Pavé Fine Jewelry was recently awarded a prestigious AGTA Spectrum Award™ at the 2009 AGTA Spectrum Awards Gala in Tucson, AZ. It is the 25th anniversary of the competition produced by the American Gem Trade Association (AGTA) and is generally regarded as the premiere jewelry design competition in the United States and Canada.

Endlich won the Manufacturing Honors Award in the Bridal Category for his Platinum ring featuring a 2.85 ct. rainbow Moonstone cabochon accented with Diamonds (.20 ctw.). This ring was selected from over 500 individual entries.
AGTA Spectrum Awards™ entries are judged on the basis of overall beauty and wearability, innovative design, effective use of materials, quality of gemstones, quality of workmanship, and potential to generate positive publicity for natural colored gemstones. Spectrum Award categories included Bridal, Business/Day Wear, Classical, Evening and Men’s Wear. Judges for the 2009 competition included Tom Heyman of Oscar Heyman, Donna Sturm of Verdura, Claudia Mata of Town & Country, and lapidarist Walter Casaravilla.
Receiving the AGTA Spectrum Award™ adds to a long list of features and awards Pavé and it’s staff have received. Pavé staff includes Designers and Goldsmiths who’s work has been shown in numerous gallery exhibitions and museums shows, featured in books, on magazine covers and in magazines, and featured on television.
Pavé Fine Jewelry has been part of the Rockridge community on College Avenue in Oakland, CA for 26 years and has recently opened a second store on 4th Street in Berkeley, CA.
