Plush Real Estate Media Creates One-of-a-Kind HD Marketing Tool for Commercial Developer
Captivating audio/video experience enhances Blume headquarters in Seattle following an innovative collaboration with Plush Real Estate Media in Los Angeles.
Los Angeles, CA, March 01, 2009 --(PR.com)-- For The Blume Company (www.blumecompany.com), a highly respected commercial real estate developer in Seattle, the move to impressive new headquarters at 1100 Eastlake was the perfect opportunity to create an innovative, captivating marketing experience for brokers and potential tenants. Los Angeles-based Plush Real Estate Media (www.plushrealestatemedia.com) was the perfect candidate for the job.
With proven expertise in high-end marketing solutions for the real estate industry, Plush Media created an intimate HD movie theater inside a replica Seattle streetcar and shot and produced a custom HD video showcasing Blume's premier properties.
“We were very impressed by the creativity and proficiency of the Plush team,” said Tara Raymond, marketing director for Blume. “Plush helped us to realize our goal of creating a totally unique marketing tool with enthusiasm and confidence and, in doing so, brought to life our vision.”
Plush Media worked seamlessly from its Los Angeles office to complete the majority of the project. This included teaming up with Blume and Nyhus Communications to write an informative six-minute script. Using this collaborative script, Plush then developed the marketing video to project in 1080p HD on a 92-inch screen inside the streetcar theater.
Joseph Torino, creative director, and Nick Marks, producer/director, of Plush Media worked with a local video production crew in Seattle to shoot HD footage of Blume's properties, the surrounding neighborhoods and an on-camera endorsement from Washington Governor Chris Gregoire. The video also features an introduction by Blume Chairman and CEO Bruce Blume.
To create a replica streetcar from Seattle's South Lake Union transit line, Plush Media again partnered with local talent in Seattle for the design and construction. Specifications for the streetcar included comfortable theater-style seating for ten as well as a custom HD audio/video system that the Blume staff could easily operate.
“We were thrilled to create a unique marketing tool to differentiate Blume and its properties," said Torino. "This one marketing investment will continue to serve the company for years to come. In video marketing, we purposely use the same visual and aural techniques as TV programs use to further connect a client to its audience. Blume not only took advantage of our expertise in creating informative and effective marketing videos but our ability to showcase our work in a one-of-a-kind theater setting as well."
About Plush: Plush Real Estate Media is a Los Angeles-based company specializing in high-end video solutions for the nation's real estate industry. Visit www.plushrealestatemedia.com for more details and to view a portfolio featuring the Blume marketing video.
