National Women’s in Network Announces Third Annual "Matrix"

Event Features Educational Workshops for Professional and Personal Development, Co-ed Networking, Dining and “Winning Connection” Book Signing by NWIN President, Laura Moritz, and co-author and Life Coach, Sheila Pearl.

Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY, March 02, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The National Women’s In Network (NWIN), a growing professional women’s networking organization, announced today the group’s third annual gathering, “The Winning Connection Matrix,” to be held from 12 – 8pm on Friday, March 26th at The Grail at Cornwall-on-Hudson, 119 Duncan Avenue, Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY. The day-long event is designed to educate, and facilitate meaningful connections, promote balance and build opportunities between like-minded professional and enterprising women and men.

“The National Women’s In Network continues to be a unique and supportive professional women’s networking organization with a strong presence in the Hudson Valley,” said Laura Moritz, president, National Women’s In Network. “This year’s Matrix is important for many reasons, but primarily, because men and women are feeling the pinch of a tightening economy, we want to help our members, prospective members, as well as our male counterparts with whom we live, work or do business with to see beyond the dark and dismal. People are doing business out there – there are opportunities. But the first obstacle we must overcome is our own negativity,” added Moritz.

Matrix Event Hosts Launch and Book Signing for “The Winning Connection” – The Networker’s Guide to Wealth Building Synergistic Relationships

Co-authors, Laura Moritz and Sheila Pearl, will introduce their new book and provide signed copies to attendees from 5pm – 8pm. Acknowledged by Bob Proctor, best selling author of “You Were Born Rich” and contributor to “The Secret,” “The Winning Connection” encompasses the vital componentry necessary to build synergistic relationships that are based on giving.

“In a society where networking has become a word that is so overused and misconstrued, our hope is that we’ve written a book that provides a set of guiding principals that will put readers on the path to creating a life of “winning connections” based on outwardly focused actions,” said Moritz.

About the National Women’s In Network
Founded in Orange County, NY, in 2005 by Laura Moritz, president, and Tara Diefenbach, vice president, the National Women’s In Network is a dynamic and diverse group of women united by common personal, professional and community goals. Members of the network understand the value of building solid relationships with ourselves, our colleagues, our competition, our families and our communities. Unlike most traditional networking organizations, NWIN encourages multiple women from similar trades to connect for continued growth opportunities. Confidence, competence and integrity top our list of personal values we as members hold in high regard.
