The full-day workshop will teach participants how to set smart goals, identify proven business success strategies to accomplish those goals and develop an individualized 90-day action plan to achieve measurable revenue increases and cost reduction in their business. Special emphasis will be given to techniques that have proven to work in a challenging economy, such as the current one.
The program will be led by successful businessman and Certified Action Business Coach Jim Malski, assisted by Certified Action Business Coaches Kevin Jackson, Paul Lavoie and Marc Tannenbaum.
Malski (jimmalski@actioncoach.com) began his career as a CPA with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Since then he has bought and sold 16 businesses and held a number of senior management positions, including president, COO, CFO, controller, and coached entrepreneurs on how to profitably grow their organizations through proven financial and business-development practices.
