Mr. Spund, an Oceanside, NY resident, has extensive experience in employment litigation and represents clients against claims of discrimination, wrongful discharge, retaliation and other employer-employee disputes. He regularly advises employers in the development of internal policies and procedures, handbook writing and revision, training related to sexual harassment and other human resource issues, hiring and firing decisions and counsels clients on risk management in regard to employment practices.
