Demand for Western-Style Bakery Products is Growing in Russia

Lahti, Finland, March 12, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The demand for bakery products has seen a strong increase in recent years in Russia. One of the major reasons for the growing demand is the growth of the Russian population’s buying power. Local products are leading the market, as they occupy the largest part of the market, but the demand for western-style and more expensive bakery products is constantly growing.
