Veridiam Appoints Andrew Gale as Chief Executive Officer
In selecting Andrew Gale as their new CEO, Veridiam taps the financial experience and enterprise leadership of the former Chief Executive of North America’s largest manufacturer of pressure washing equipment and related wastewater treatment systems. Mr. Gale’s background and capabilities are perfectly suited to guide Veridiam in reaching its goals of accelerated development, the integration of operating units, and the implementation of its growth strategy.
San Diego, CA, March 12, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Veridiam, a major integrated contract manufacturer of build-to-print metal tubing, components, and assemblies, custom engineered to meet the needs of power generation, dental, medical, aerospace, industrial and other highly-critical applications, today announced the appointment of Andrew (Andy) Gale as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Gale will head up operations of all Veridiam business units, including Veridiam Medical, Veridiam Advanced EDM, Veridiam Allied Swiss, and Point Technologies. Mr. Gale will assume his duties immediately.
“I am pleased that Veridiam’s Board of Directors has asked me to lead the organization at this stage of its development,” said Andrew Gale. “The foundation created by Neal Nordstrom has uniquely positioned Veridiam as the premier contract manufacturer of precision metal components. In spite of a challenging economic climate, there are still abundant opportunities for sales and profit growth as we focus on operational excellence, exceeding customer expectations, and improving our efficiencies.”
Former C.E.O., Neal Nordstrom, will remain with the company and serve in an executive capacity.
“The Veridiam team is excited about Andy joining the organization at this juncture in our development,” said Neal Nordstrom. “His experience will be invaluable as we continue to grow our capabilities and expand into new markets while maintaining our commitments to operational excellence and quality.”
“The board and investors continue to support Veridiam’s current and new initiatives,” said Eric Cohen, WHI Capital Partners. “We are equally excited about the future.”
Mr. Gale has twenty-five years of experience in a variety of manufacturing companies. For the past ten years, Mr. Gale served as President & Chief Executive Officer of C-Tech Industries, North America’s largest manufacturer of pressure washing equipment and related wastewater treatment systems.
