Independent Businesswoman Wins National Competition

Gabrielle Mullinax, owner of Fullerton Photographics and Board of Directors member of Independent Photo Imagers, recently won $25,000 in the Custom Photo Gift Promotion Competition at PMA09.

Los Angeles, CA, March 12, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Gabrielle Mullinax, owner of Fullerton Photographics and Board of Directors member of Independent Photo Imagers, recently won $25,000 in the Custom Photo Gift Promotion Competition at PMA09. Competing against the Fujifilm U.S.A. national consumer site campaign introducing www.seehere.com and the Canadian Magenta Photo Studio campaign, the Fullerton Photographics team submitted the winning custom photo campaign incorporating seven unique promotional pieces.

Centered on the theme "Celebrate, Create, Donate", the vibrantly colored campaign targeted Fullerton customers interested in raising donations for their favorite local charity. Hosting an event for their friends revolving around the creation of photo gift products, Fullerton customers and their invited guests create photo gift products for themselves and others which when purchased trigger a 20 percent of sales price donation from Fullerton to their charity of choice.

"We are extremely proud of Gaby and her team at Fullerton,” said Brent Bowyer, Executive Director of IPI. "With unbelievably tough competition, they prevailed and are a guiding light for all independent business owners."
