Located at the Collin County Regional Airport (TKI) Mc Kinney, TX, to provide a Certification Program for those interested in acquiring knowledge in the safe and correct procedures for detailing all aspects of Exterior and Interiors of Piston, Turbine and Jet Aircraft.
