CPEhr Announces Launch of “Small-Business Stimulus Program”
CPEhr launches program that program enables small employers to cut employment costs, reduce insurance premiums, and stimulate employee productivity.
Los Angeles, CA, March 12, 2009 --(PR.com)-- CPEhr, a California Human Resources Outsourcing firm, recently announced the release of a new “Stimulus Program” aimed to boost productivity and cut costs for small private employers. The program is based on CPEhr’s successful HR Outsourcing model, which has helped hundreds of clients reduce employment expenses over the past two decades.
“We have seen the positive financial impact our HR Outsourcing services have had on small employers over the years,” states Ari Rosenstein, Director of Marketing at CPEhr, “and we wanted to use that model to boost small employers’ bottom line during this difficult economic period.”
The program consists of three steps:
Step 1: A consultation with an experienced business consultant, at which time the company’s current employment systems, expenses and cost-structures will be reviewed.
Step 2: Identification of areas of unnecessary overhead, redundant administrative systems, and over-priced insurance premiums.
Step 3: Presentation of a customized proposal, outlining areas where immediate savings and expense reductions can be implemented, and long-term strategies to help maintain these savings.
The reduction of employment costs primarily fall into one or more of the following four categories: expensive health and workers’ compensation insurance premiums, internal resources managing unproductive administrative paperwork, duplicated personnel activities and costs relating to employment litigation. The Stimulus Program addresses each of these areas and works to reduce or eliminate them completely.
“In today’s economy, small businesses must watch every dollar they spend,” says Rosenstein. “They cannot waste a dime on unproductive administration or over-priced insurance programs. A program such as this enables them to reduce those costs, while stimulating employee productivity.”
CPEhr is offering deep discounts and the first month free for businesses that schedule their initial consultation before March 31, 2009. For more information, go to www.cpehr.com/business-stimulus-program or call 800-850-7133.
