RKV/Brooklyn Group Offers Indie Labels and Artists Low Cost Music Videos
New York, NY, March 15, 2009 --(PR.com)-- RKV/Brooklyn Group announces a new level of service geared directly towards independent record labels and artists. Starting immediately, the company is offering a range of lower cost production and post production services that include music video production, live concert recording and dvd/web media creation. Artists, managers and small labels can now have professionally-produced music videos for under $10,000.00.
“We saw a niche that needed to be filled. We have been working with record labels like Sony and Select for years with budgets running up into six figures, but with the change in the music industry and the economic downturn, budgets have dropped considerably,” states Robin Adams, a founding partner and director in RKV/Brooklyn Group. “Due to the current climate, we have added medical and technology companies to our corporate roster but felt that there was still an unserviced market out there of emerging artists who are producing and marketing their own music on the web and through touring. However, they still need a nice music video or performance video or possibly a live taping of one of their shows in order to better market themselves on sites like MySpace. We have been producing high quality music videos and multi-camera HD concerts for two decades now and thought we could provide similar quality services for a significantly lower price to this market,” notes Michael Helman, also a partner and producer/director in the company. “With past clients including Christina Aguilera, Mary J.
