Moira co-founded Alliance of Legal Document Assistant Professionals and served as President. She also served as Vice President and Director of Public Relations for California Association of Legal Documents Assistants, CALDA.
Moira has completed over 160 hours of evaluated learning to earn her certificate in Conflict Management and the use of Alternate Dispute Resolution from University of California Irvine. Moira has also met the requirement, under the Business & Professional code § 465 for completion of the 25 hour Dispute Resolution and mediation training, at UCI where she received her Mediation Certificate. Moira has been a guest speaker at University of California, Irvine for the Domestic Relations Mediation course and has also volunteered as a small claims mediator for the Orange County Superior Court.
Moira taught a MCLE course for CALDA’s Inland Empire Chapter “Service of Order to Show Cause to the Clerk of the Court” and “Application and Order for Service by Posting.”
