Announcing the Dynasty Trust DVD Release: Dynasty Trust Expert Steve Oshins Interviewed by Joan Lunden

Las Vegas, NV, March 15, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The dynasty trust is the most valuable piece in the estate plan because it can be drafted under Nevada’s special law written by Attorney Steve Oshins to protect the family assets from estate taxes, creditors and divorce for as many as 365 years. Mr. Oshins wrote the law and was able to get it passed in Nevada’s 2005 legislative session. It became effective as of October 1, 2005. Prior to that date, Nevada had a law similar to most other jurisdictions which allowed dynasty trusts to last for only approximately 100 to 120 years. A Nevada dynasty trust can be set up by persons living in any state. The person does not need to be a Nevada resident to take advantage of the law.

Former Good Morning America co-host Joan Lunden interviewed Mr. Oshins on dynasty trusts in late 2008. USA Wealth Management, a national financial planning organization based in Michigan, spearheaded the production of the interview into a DVD that was recently released to financial planners and life insurance agents throughout the United States. The DVD is titled, “Advantages of Dynastic Trust Planning: An Interview with Joan Lunden and Steven Oshins”.

Thousands of these DVDs will be distributed by the financial planners and life insurance agents as a means of catering to their wealthy clients and prospective clients. They will be using the dynasty trust DVD as a tool to separate themselves from the other planners whose clients are lacking dynasty trusts.
