Linwood, MA, March 18, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Fulcrum Acoustic, an audio technology company in the professional sound reinforcement market, today announced the availability of two new loudspeaker product lines: the TQ Install series and the Prophile series. The TQ Install series is a versatile family of loudspeakers intended to satisfy a broad range of installation needs. Prophile products are intended for high output, wide bandwidth music reinforcement/reproduction in architecturally sensitive spaces, where restricted ceiling height or sightline obstructions are a concern.
Both product lines harness the power of Temporal EQ (TQ) to provide exception sound quality. Using TQ methodology, advanced signal processing capabilities are folded into the design process from the very beginning. The result is a stunning array of products that offer dramatically improved fidelity, output, and pattern control in relatively small enclosures.
The CX/DX family is the first of the TQ Install series. Eight different products, all based on coaxial designs, provide 90 x 45 degrees or 60 x 45 degrees horn patterns and 12 inch or 15 inch woofers. A newly designed coaxial transducer/horn assembly, along with TQ™ processing, alleviates the problems previously associated with coaxial approaches.
The Prophile series provides high output, high fidelity solutions for the most discerning users. The horizontal enclosures allow for installation in facilities where quality of amplified music is important, but ceiling height is limited. Prophile series are carefully crafted to fit into highly finished architectural spaces without compromising aesthetics or sightlines.
