Wake County Economic Development Executive Director to Speak at Progressive Benefit Solutions Seminar
Raleigh, NC, March 22, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Wake County Economic Development (WCED) (www.raleigh-wake.org), has announced that Ken Atkins, executive director, will speak at a Progressive Benefit Solutions seminar on Tuesday, March 24 from 8 – 10:30 a.m. at Embassy Suites, located at 201 Harrison Oaks Blvd. in Cary. Progressive Benefits Solutions is an insurance firm specializing in group employee benefits. In his presentation, Atkins will give a brief overview of the national economy before explaining how the Triangle is weathering the recession. He will also address what is driving economic development in Wake County and what impact it will have on human capital.
