Amber Alert issued for Salt Lake City, Utah Girl (Destiny Norton - 5)

Springfield, IL, July 17, 2006 --(PR.com)-- An Amber Alert has been issued for Destiny Norton in Salt Lake City, Utah. Salt Lake City Police say the little girl was last seen around 8:30 Sunday night in her neighborhood, that is near 721 south and 500 East.

Police say Destiny has short blonde hair with green streaks, weighs about 45 pounds and was last seen wearing her mother's black and grey adult sized t-shirt. 

Salt Lake City Police say they've been looking for Destiny Norton since midnight. Investigators say they are also looking for a man of interest in this case, he's 51-year-old Sevkija Ferhatovic. Police say he was seen in the area of 700 south and 500 East at the time of Destiny's disappearance. 

Sevkija Ferhatovic has black hair, brown eyes and was last seen wearing khaki shorts with a blue tank top and sandals.
