Lytel-Pugh Engagement Announcement

Montecito, CA, March 24, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Mr. and Mrs. Roger (Joye) Lytel are delighted to announce the engagement of their son, Kipley James Lytel to Miss Diana Agnese Pugh, all of Santa Barbara. The recent engagement was celebrated on a family European cruise during the holidays. Kipley graduated from Montecito Union, Laguna Blanca and Verde Valley Preparatory School. He received his Master's of Business Administration from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University, where he also received his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts in Economics. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and is Managing Partner of the firms he established, Montecito Capital Management and Montecito Hedged Strategies Fund. Diana, the daughter of Ms. Josephine Pugh and the late Mr. John T. Pugh of Mission Viejo, attended El Toro High School in Lake Forest and received her Bachelor of Arts from UCLA where she completed her degree in Political Science with a minor in Anthropology. Diana also attended Loyola Law School in Los Angeles where she received her Juris Doctor with a concentration in corporate law. Diana is an attorney with Snyder Law, APC in Santa Barbara and practices business litigation where she specializes in real property, business and contract law. A spring engagement party will be hosted at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Doug Reeves. The couple is planning a Spring 2010 wedding in Santa Barbara.
