Brazil Property Boosted by World Cup
There has been a massive upsurge in the popularity of Brazil property since Natal was included in the list of host cities in the 2014 world cup, according to overseas property portal Property Abroad.
Hartlepool, United Kingdom, March 25, 2009 --(PR.com)-- People are currently very interested to buy now while prices are low, with the expectation that they will rise rapidly in the run up to the World Cup, according to the portal's trend analyst Erin Scott, she said:
"Enquiries are up for Brazil property, but this is largely because the number of enquiries into our properties for sale in Natal has increased greatly and quickly since it was listed as a host city for the 2014 World Cup.
"What's more several developers have removed additional promotions efforts on their Natal properties, so to the best of our knowledge the higher number of enquiries is translating into greatly increased sales of Natal property."
Property Abroad are currently advertising properties for sale in Brazil from under £20k, and in Natal from £32k.
Erin added that larger properties in Natal had seen the biggest increase in enquiries, "as people plan to maximise rental revenues by renting to large parties of fans," she explained. "Though, I wouldn't fancy the cleaning job," she added.
The current popularity of Natal property is likely to be caught onto by developers, who will probably put prices up in the near future. The price rising process will be slow, as developers test the water to see how far they can push up prices before it affects the currently strong sales.
