Summers Named Sonitrol Pacific February 2009 Employee of the Month
Seattle, WA, March 26, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The Sound Security Board of Directors announced Shannon Summers, Sonitrol Pacific Seattle Security Consultant, was named the February 2009 Employee of the Month during their meeting March 24.
Summers earned the award in recognition of the work she performs daily to deliver results for clients and the company, her engagement in the community, her focus on team, and her attitude of fun. She routinely goes above and beyond the norm to exceed expectations of Sonitrol Pacific prospects and clients. A recent example of this was when she met with a residential prospect on a Sunday. Despite the low probability of closing the sale, Summers wanted to give the prospect her best and offered her time and respect.
Similarly, Summers dedicate a fair amount of time outside selling hours to attend meetings and engage in her community. The two awards she's received from the Kent Chamber of Commerce and the relationship she's fostered with the Auburn Police Department demonstrate the impact she's had in the community. As a direct result of her meeting with Auburn Police, Sonitrol Pacific is now officially considered a verified system.
Summers shows a level of commitment, teamwork and professionalism that exemplifies the Sonitrol Pacific Mission.
“When I speak with Shannon’s customers, prospects and even people who decided not to use Sonitrol Pacific, I hear comments about her preparation, professionalism and enthusiasm,” said Tony Orso, Puget Sound Regional Sales Manager.
Summers expresses a great attitude and has fun with her job and the Sonitrol Pacific team. The Sound Security Board appreciates her and her work, and congratulates her on earning this award.
