Amber Alert Issued for Memphis, Tennessee Teenager (Veronica Diaz-Lopez - 16)

Springfield, IL, July 18, 2006 --(PR.com)-- A West Tennessee Regional Amber Alert has been issued for 16 year-old Veronica Diaz-Lopez. She is a Hispanic female that was last seen wearing a white shirt and brown pants.

She was abducted by 22 year-old Hispanic male Cipriano Ovalle. He was last seen wearing a blue stripped short sleeve shirt, blue jeans and red tennis shoes. He is armed with a tire iron that was used to assault Veronica's boyfriend during the abduction.

The suspect vehicle is a 2000 Red Ford Focus.
