Air Technology Group Attends Heli-Expo 2009 in Anaheim

Naples, FL, March 27, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Naples-based Air Technology Group, which includes Air Technology Inc. and Air Technology Engines Inc., recently participated in Heli-Expo 2009 in Anaheim, California. Mike Turner, President and CEO along with Mark Marar, Sales Manager attended the three day event, February 22-24, 2009 to showcase the company’s new tradeshow booth complete with turbine engine display.

The technology and operations trade show, sponsored by Helicopter Association International, featured 585 exhibitors, showcasing their products and services including avionics, accessories, components, and related supplies. In addition, aviation companies displayed 65 helicopters on the showroom floor.

Turner says, “We always appreciate the opportunity to meet clients, prospective clients and explain the new repair services that our company has to offer the industry. In this tough economy, many attendees enjoy talking with a company that has over 35 years of helicopter industry experience. We have attended the show since the 1970’s and we intend to return.”

This year’s event drew a record crowd of nearly 18,000 attendees, from diverse group of aviation-related companies including: accessories and components, air frames, aircraft brokers, avionics, commercial operators, and engine manufacturers, and over haulers. Many of the participants took part in HAI committee meetings, educational seminars, and a Heli-Expo Job Fair. More than 550 jobseekers had the opportunity to network with 35 employers and learn about opportunities in the international helicopter community.
