DonorPerfect Enables Automated Workflows in Fundraising Software with SmartActions
SofterWare has introduced new and exclusive technology called SmartActions, which provides automated business rules for nonprofits using DonorPerfect Online, their web-based fundraising software.
Horsham, PA, March 27, 2009 --(PR.com)-- SofterWare, Inc., developer of DonorPerfect fundraising software solutions, has announced the release of SmartActions™ automated business rules with its web-based DonorPerfect Online constituent relationship management (CRM) solution. SmartActions™ enables nonprofits to set up workflow procedures that their DonorPerfect Online system will carry out automatically when certain predefined conditions are met.
