The approximate 16,820 Square Foot Building located at the corner of New Florissant Road and Derhake was sold to an "ALPS" (Always Low Prices) Grocery Store operator.

The new Owner is planning a May 25th, Memorial Day, Grand Opening for the new ALPS Grocery Store. Once open the new ALPS location will provide the community with a full service discount Grocery Store. The location has been approved for liquor sales and money services by the City of Florissant. Customers will be able to do all of their grocery shopping, cash their checks, and wire money all in the same location.
