Not Everyone Lost Money in the Stock Market, Says the "JALC Investment Club"
John A. Logan College Investment Club will host the Stock Market Summit, Saturday, April 4 from 9 AM to 5 PM in the John A. Logan College Conference Center. The summit, geared to investors and market traders of all ages and experience, will explain how to get the most from your investments and trading.

Logan College Investment Club on Saturday, April 4 from 9 AM to 5 PM in the John A. In Stock Traders Summit, sponsored by John A. Logan College Investment Club, Associate Professor of Finance, David England is joined by best selling author Toni Turner, and Professional Stock Trader Dean Adams for a full day of investment training.
Associate Professor David England starts the day speaking on "Where do we go from here?" In 2007 Mr. England was publicly advising investors in classes and in his "Money Money" segment with the local ABC affiliate Newscast, that it was time to take profits and take some money off the table. In fact, Mr. England publicly advised investors to start looking at moving funds into the bear market funds which go up when the market falls off. Saturday, Mr. England will be discussing the directions the market may take, the indicators and options we need to be aware of when choosing investments.
The keynote speaker Toni Turner, best selling author of "A Beginner's Guide to Day Trading Online", "A Beginner's Guide to Short-Term Trading" and Short-Term Trading in the New Stock Market", will tell us the "Five Vital Steps to Profitable Trading" in a session designed to enhance both novice and experienced traders.
In later session, Toni will also address, "Who you are in the Market." This discussion on market psychology as it relates to you and your personal mindset patterns will prove to be a thought-provoking session.
Dean Adams, a Professional Stock Trader, will hold a workshop on "Short Selling the Market" and how to make money in a down market.
