Overseas property portal Property Abroad has recorded a sudden spike in the popularity of New Zealand property this month. The reason for the rise is unclear, but potentially it could mean confidence in real estate is rising sufficiently that anyone holding off a property investment or lifestyle buy is going ahead with it, according to emerging trends analyst Erin Scott, she said:
