Multiple Award Winning Lifetime Channel Documentary on Mary Magdalen Now Available on DVD

Hosted by actress Penelope Ann Miller and directed by Emmy Award-winning producer Charles Stuart, Mary Magdalen: An Intimate Portrait examines the life of the biblical character Mary Magdalen, and contrasts this to what has been said about her in the subsequent millennia. In presenting this penetrating film, V.I.E.W. Video president Bob Karcy notes, “In exploring the mysteries still surrounding Mary Magdalen, one of the least understood women in history is brought to light. This film will be of great interest to historians, religious scholars, interested laymen and feminists. It is a story not about religion, but about sexuality and power.
