Enterprising Women Names New Members to National Advisory Board
Raleigh, NC, April 02, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Monica Smiley, publisher and CEO of Enterprising Women magazine (www.enterprisingwomen.com), has named Terri Krivosha, Celeste Gudas, Jade Zhou and Diane Williams as Enterprising Women National AdviCory Board members.
Krivosha is an attorney for Maslon Edelman Borman & Brand, LLP, a commercial law firm based in Minneapolis. Krivosha works with a network of women-owned businesses and those who fund them in all phases of their development and growth. She provides strategic business advice, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, financing, contract negotiation, strategic partnerships, distribution agreements, joint ventures, governance issues, exit strategies, and sales and recapitalizations.
Gudas is president of 24 Seven, Inc., a leading talent recruitment agency for the biggest names in fashion, retail, beauty, marketing, advertising and entertainment. She is also an active member of the Accessories Council, American Apparel and Footwear Association, and Fashion Group International, where she served as chairperson for the career counseling committee.
Zhou is the co-founder and executive director of America & China International Group (ACIG) and America-China Business Women’s Alliance. Since its inception in 1997, ACIG is an organization that promotes ongoing business relationships between the United States and China, as well as the exchange of ideas and understanding of the people and cultures of both countries.
Williams is CEO of Precision Tube Bending, a 52-year-old manufacturing company which fabricates metal tube and duct assemblies for the aerospace industry for commercial and military applications. She is an active member in the Aerospace Industries Association and also serves on other Boards.
Members of the Enterprising Women National Advisory Board provide advice to the publication’s staff to tailor the publication to meet the needs of entrepreneurial women.
