Marcial brings a broad background in international and Latin America business, through senior executive leadership roles. He has extensive work experience in the areas of strategic planning, business optimization, and marketing strategies for numerous companies in various industries throughout the world.
Marcial has a strong private company leadership background holding senior management positions with Cia. Gillette de Argentina, HB Fuller, Yamaha, Rayovac Co. and Revlon. He holds a MBA degree from Duke University and a degree in agricultural engineering (Buenos Aires University).
