WorkRelationships Rolls Out Online Professional Conduct Training Series to Address the Good, Bad and Ugly in Workplace Behavior

WorkRelationships, a leader in traditional employee relations training and consulting, combines legal and psychological expertise to address the continuum of workplace behavior. It's first online course in its Professional Conduct Series was released today.

Del Mar, CA, April 02, 2009 --(PR.com)-- WorkRelationships, a leader in in-house employee relations training and consulting, announced today the release of its first online course in its Professional Conduct series. Sexual Harassment Prevention for California Supervisors, developed first in an effort to help California employers fulfill their AB 1825 requirements, is the first of its kind to address both the psychological and legal aspects of inappropriate workplace behavior.

Inappropriate workplace behavior tends to escalate during tough economic times, and WorkRelationships is committed to helping employers assist their managers and employees weather the stress and turmoil of the current downturn. On March 10, 2009, the EEOC already reported an escalation in workplace conflict, reporting that a record number of employees experienced discrimination over the past year. As companies face layoffs and increased performance pressure, managers and employees need the skills to effectively communicate bad news, screen out problem employees in an increasingly desperate candidate pool and deal with employee stress and conduct problems. Next in the series will be a Legal and Effective Interviewing Course and Sexual Harassment Prevention for Employees.
