Keepmedriving Launches Improved and More Informative Web Site to Help Motorists Deal with Legal Matters and Prevent Driving Problems from Arising
Keepmedriving.com, the motoring and driving advice division of Richard Nelson Solicitors, has launched a completely revised version of its popular motoring and driving law web site to help users integrate Internet guidance with legal advice from the firm.
Cardiff, United Kingdom, April 03, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Keepmedriving.com, the motoring and driving advice division of Richard Nelson Solicitors, has launched a completely revised version of its popular motoring and driving law web site to help users integrate Internet guidance with legal advice from the firm.
The original site, launched in September 2008, has been completely overhauled to provide a far more comprehensive range of information and allowing users to register for practical guidance and information, updates and newsletters as well as to receive substantial discounts on the costs of motoring advice, representation and other services.
Jonathan Wright, partner responsible for driving law services at Richard Nelson Solicitors said:
“We wanted to be able to make better use of the Internet to provide motorists with access to more in depth information and resources. The new Keepmedriving site does that for us.
“Users can now register to join a premium service which provides them not only with draft letters, court forms, guides to keep in the car, extended guidance, newsletters and a range of other useful resources, but also allows them to qualify for discounts on the cost of legal advice and court representation.”
The new Keepmedriving site, which is powered by the latest version of WordPress, has an improved navigation structure, menus which change when the user logs in to the service, and facilities allowing users to request call backs and seek information and guidance using bespoke forms aimed at their particular problem.
Duncan Finlyson, a solicitor with Richard Nelson and designer of the new site said:
“The market place for legal services is changing. Firms need to respond to those changes and to offer clients the services they want in the way in which they want them provided. Whilst we still place an emphasis on traditional values in the services we offer, at the same time we are conscious that many clients and potential clients want to be able to deal with matters themselves and to use the Internet far more as a means of getting advice.
“The enhanced Keepmedriving web site allows them to do just that. It gives them the choice of pursuing matters themselves or instructing us to deal with matters for them. Either way, they get access to high quality and expert support and assistance.”
An increasing number of solicitors are offering their services using the Internet. Keepmedriving offers members of the public the opportunity to mix online information and guidance with bespoke advice from specialist motoring law solicitors in a seamless and effective way.
The site, which will continue to add new information on a regular basis, not only provides an overview of a wide range of different offences but offers registered members in depth advice and template letters and forms dealing with penalty charge notices, court proceedings and licensing issues. In addition, members can download gloveboxguides which they can keep in their car for emergencies and which deal with issues such as what to do in an accident and first aid procedures.
Jonathan Wright said,
“We want to go further than simply providing guidance on road traffic law and procedures. We want to be able to help motorists avoid penalties in the first place by being more aware of what they should and should not do. We believe that keeping clients driving should involve more than just defending them when things go wrong.”
Future plans for the scheme include the provision of driving guides and access to a range of third-party services and resources.
