Danielle Boling Wins 2009 McSam Realtor® of the Year Award

Dallas, TX, April 05, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Danielle Boling of Network Real Estate Partners was awarded the prestigious McSam Award for Realtor® of the Year by the HBA of Greater Dallas.

Network Real Estate Partners is a boutique brokerage firm in Plano, Texas which services all areas of the DFW Metroplex and beyond. The Austin branch is slated to open late 2009, and the Chicago, Illinois branch soon to follow. Areas of expertise include new construction, pre-owned property, luxury estate property, land, investment portfolios, custom homes, and foreclosures/short sales. All agents in the firm have had extensive training by Boling herself, in addition to onsite sales experience with local and national homebuilders. Ms. Boling is the owner and founder of the company, and is a licensed Texas real estate broker.

Danielle Boling was born in Oak Park, Illinois. She grew up down the street from the famous Frank Lloyd Wright Home and Studio. It is Wright’s influence as an architect that made Ms. Boling go on to develop her career in the real estate industry, from an early age. She has held positions as a National Leasing Specialist with C.L.A.S.S. Inc., a national real estate software trainer with RealPage, Inc., and onsite sales positions with Grand Homes and K.Hovnanian. She is a graduate of the University of North Texas, and holds several designations which include: CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, ABR – Accredited Buyers Representative, CNHS - Certified New Home Specialist, HHS - Historic House Specialist, ALHS – Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, and AHS – Accredited Home Staging Specialist.

This will be the second McSam Award for Ms. Boling, who also won in 2005 for Best Sales Professional. The McSAM Awards were created in 1979 by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas in recognition of Sales and Marketing excellence. The prestigious McSAM Award is given to Builders, Developers and Associates who have made a significant and creative contribution in residential marketing through specific achievements during the year.
