Colorado Springs, CO, April 07, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Rosanne Gain, long-time Colorado Springs based public relations consultant and Bob Stovall announce that they have joined forces as the co-owners of newly formed Gain-Stovall, Inc., providing public and government relations services.

Gain has more than 25 years experience performing public relations services, writing and editing. She has worked with media as a: chamber executive, radio and cable TV on-air talent, PR director of a fine art corporation and owner of a public relations firm.

Stovall is a government and public relations adviser with more than 25 years working on public policy and analysis for a wide variety of clients. Bob has experience as a policy maker, a print and radio journalist, attorney and lobbyist. Most recently he served as Intergovernmental and Military Liaison for the City of Colorado Springs.
