Newgen Implements BPM Solution at iGATE for RTBA

McLean, VA, April 08, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Newgen Software Technologies, a market leader in Business Process Management (BPM) and Enterprise Document Management, today announced that iGATE has chosen Newgen’s workflow solution OmniFlow for its client - Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA). iGATE, an India-based global integrated technology and operations company, would use the solution for efficient outsourced processing of bonds managed by RTBA, a statutory authority of the Government of Victoria based in Melbourne.

iGATE has partnered with Newgen to use OmniFlow as its application platform for processing RTBA rental bonds under its iTOPS model. OmniFlow, an internationally proven product solution will provide iGATE with a comprehensive, powerful, and flexible system for processing bonds.

The solution has a simple user interface, using which the operators answer some simple questions by simultaneously viewing the document images on their screens. The responses are compiled and transactions are processed accordingly at the backend. In addition to providing the high scalability for continually increasing number of transactions of RTBA, the Newgen solution also has a powerful reporting module for monitoring and reconciliation.
