PhaseWare, Inc. Hosts User’s Summit: Outdoorworld Embassy Suites Dallas/Fort Worth
McKinney, TX, April 08, 2009 --(PR.com)-- PhaseWare, Inc. is hosting a User’s Summit in Dallas on April 16-17, 2009.
The summit will include a Help Desk Industry Expert session featuring Kristin Robertson, President of KR Consulting. Also on the agenda are two full days of training on the PhaseWare Product Suite plus a demonstration of PhaseWare’s newest version of Tracker and Self Service Center including the new Live Chat feature.
The summit provides users an opportunity to network with other PhaseWare customers, discuss support desk practices, and learn how others are making the most of their PhaseWare investment.
The venue is Outdoorworld Embassy Suites DFW Airport North. Meals will be provided both days of the summit as well as entertainment Thursday evening April 16.
