International RS:X Class Association Partners with Super Sport Systems
Windsurfer's Association Teams with 3S for Olympic-level training services.
Richmond, VA, April 09, 2009 --(PR.com)-- The International RS:X Class Association (RS:X) and Super Sport Systems LLC announced a formal partnership today.
RS:X is a popular and fast-growing Olympic windsurfing racing class under the International Sailing Federation. Super Sport Systems LLC, is a premier online sports training methodology group specializing in special endurance training methodology.
Growing worldwide popularity of the RS:X windsurfing class, and the increasing level of competition within, created a “good to have” dilemma for Association leaders: how to assist Association members in their preparations for the demanding physical challenges of the sport. It is a known fact that top RX:S athletes require maximum oxygen consumption ability similar to elite athletes in swimming, rowing and cycling. However, unlike those sports, there are no consistent and structured methods for developing necessary functional levels due to the short history and very young age of the sport itself. That is where Super Sport Systems training modules and a flexible delivery system of highly individualized training recommendations come in to offer Association leaders a hand.
