VisualCube Launches Community Website for Epiphany CRM Users, Developers

Denver, CO, April 08, 2009 --(PR.com)-- VisualCube, provider of products and services designed to enhance performance of Infor’s CRM, has launched a community website (www.ourepiphany.com) for Epiphany users and developers.

“We launched this open and free forum to connect users’ wants and needs with developer solutions, and to give Infor valuable intel to enhance and extend its capabilities,” says VisualCube Managing Partner Jason Balliet. “The aim is to augment, not supplant, Infor’s existing strategies with the Epiphany product. Since my partner and I helped develop Epiphany from its inception, we’ve remained interested and involved through its evolution.”

Ourepiphany.com offers several areas designed to influence and expedite Epiphany improvements:
· Blog—This is set up to give Epiphany CRM users, the implementation community and other stakeholders of any size a forum to share information, advance ideas, and brainstorm possibilities. Periodic blogposts will be open for comments and dialogue. The idea is to provide a forum for positive and constructive interaction.

· Ideas—Users, prospects, developers, and system integrators can make suggestions, air concerns, and communicate with each other about “all things Epiphany.” Members can comment and vote on someone else's ideas, advocate their own for others to evaluate, ask for input and assistance, or suggest ways to improve Epiphany-either from developer or user perspectives.

The aim is to offer constructive advice and criticism, versus just complaining or denigrating. Salient information will be made available to Infor Product Management for further consideration and discussion as they deem appropriate. Plugin and Solution developers can use ideas and recommendations as a platform for creating code and products/solutions.

· Store—Due to launch second quarter, The Store will feature plugins that customers can easily add to Epiphany with a free plugin architecture interface; an application cloud designed to enhance Epiphany during initial deployment, and provide post-deployment upgrades; and consulting options. Developers may submit plugins for validation and subsequent inclusion in The Store. For customers, The Store is a “find-buy-deploy and enjoy” experience. For developers, The Store is a “build-validate-publish” opportunity.

· Jobs—This jobs marketplace will post salient Epiphany-related openings, and propagate them among online sites known for attracting top talent. While anyone can respond to a posted opening, the strategy targets the best, brightest and most robust candidates. This can help eliminate job seekers who aren’t a good fit, and enable companies to concentrate on stronger candidates—saving time and money.

This site is just one example of the growing trend toward online collaborative communities. Notes Managing Partner Jason Ihaia, “As pressures mount to engineer products ever faster, corporations are finding the highly powerful world of online collaboration a shortcut to success. Many product manufacturers and distributors are embracing this concept as a way to fast-track product improvements without over-taxing research and development budgets.”

Those who want to browse do not need to register. To participate, a simple free registration process will get people set up and on their way quickly. Personal registration information will be kept private, and not shared with third parties.
