Pearl Automotive to Donate $25 Per Car Sold to Charity

Peoria, IL, April 10, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Pearl Automotive announced its plans today to donate $25 per car sold for the rest of 2009 to charity.

“The Pearl Companies have been part of Peoria for a very long time. Pearl Automotive believes it is our responsibility to help Peoria in every way we can. By giving $25 per vehicle sold for the rest of 2009 to the charity of the buyer’s choice we hope to donate over $100,000 to worthy causes by the end of the year” stated Mike Udell, Director of Operations, Pearl Automotive.

Pearl Automotive includes Peoria Toyota, Lexus of Peoria and Heritage Buick Mazda GMC.

The charitable giving will kick off at the Peoria Auto Show in the beginning of April and will continue throughout 2009.

“Pearl has targeted Children’s Hospital and the Thomas E. Whitten Cholangiocarcinoma Foundation as two very worthy charities. However customers are encouraged to direct their contribution to any charity they support,” added Mr. Udell.

“When times are tough we all need to do a little more to help,” concluded Mr. Udell.

Heritage Buick Mazda GMC is located on Pioneer Parkway Auto Row. Lexus of Peoria and Peoria Toyota are located on Allen Rd at Willow Knolls.
